“Join us for discussions with our experienced and professional staff. Our presence in North American demonstrates our position as an innovative research and development company supporting antibiotic free animal production in the market that is rapidly advancing that method of production. We operate from our St. Louis headquarters, established in November 2017.” says Gabor Bata, Chairman of BV Science, Inc.
The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is a collaboration of three shows – International Feed Expo, International Meat Expo and the International Poultry Expo – representing the entire chain of protein production and processing. The event is sponsored by the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA), North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY).
IPPE is the world’s largest annual event dedicated to the poultry, meat, and feed industries. Leading companies annually participate in IPPE for networking and to learn about the latest technological advances and the challenges faced by the industry. This year, more than 1,200 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors are expected to participate, among buyers and sellers of state-of-the-art products and services.
“Completing our presence at the expo, we will once again participate in the International Scientific Poultry Forum, where 5 original research papers will be presented, including oral presentations and posters by the scientific and technical-commercial teams of Vetanco SA, Dr. Bata Ltd. and BV Science. The International Poultry Scientific Forum is sponsored by the Southern Poultry Science Society, the Southern Conference on Avian Diseases, and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association. The forum presents information on industry topics such as environmental management, nutrition, physiology, pathology, processing and products, and avian diseases”, adds Dr. Sherry Leyton, Director of Biotechnology at Vetanco S.A. and Scientific Director of BV Science, Inc.
In 2016, Vetanco S.A., an international animal health company with a strong commercial presence in the Americas, together with Dr. Bata Ltd., an European research and development company, announced the merger of their research, marketing, and technical support departments, establishing BV Science. Today, they have joint actions in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
