Janice is an experienced financial and operational executive. She has been a financial officer of publicly traded and private companies with comprehensive management, finance and corporate development experience. Janice has spent over 30 years working in technology companies that have grown through research, development, manufacturing and sales. To assist these companies with growth, she has provided leadership with public offerings, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures. She has served as a financial officer with Syntro Corporation, Butler National, Epiq Systems, Kansas Bioscience Authority, Benchmark Biolabs and Pacific Vet Group. Janice has served on profit and non-profit board of directors where she actively served on committees and executive roles. In 2009, Janice was honored as “CFO of the Year” by the Kansas City Business Journal. Janice received her Bachelor of Administration from Kansas State University and her Masters in Accounting from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
